Please visit the Student Center (Academic Center 1 - 160) to take your Crush Card photo.
Students must provide a government issued ID and proof of enrollment. If you do not have a government issued ID, please contact us to discuss other options.
Students are required to submit a picture of a government issued ID, as well as the photo that will be used on their Crush Card. Please reference the photo requirements below.

Please allow one week for your Crush Card to be printed. Cards will be mailed to your address on file with the college. An email will be sent to your school email when your card has been mailed.
Photo Requirements
Students who request their student ID card online should follow the photo requirements listed below.
- The photo must have a white or off-white background.
- The photo must be shoulders up and include the top of the head to the bottom of the chin.
- You should have a neutral expression, be facing the camera, and c enter the head with the frame.
- Do not change your photo using computer software, photo apps or filters, or artificial intelligence.
- No hats or sunglasses are permitted.
Valid Government Issued form of ID
Students are required to provide valid government issued form of ID to have their student ID card printed. If you do not have a valid government issued ID, please contact us to discuss other options.
