Transcripts
Important: Transcripts to CSU Fresno (Fresno State) and all other CSUs must be sent electronically. In the Order-from search bar, enter the school name that you would like to order your transcript. For example, enter California State University – Fresno for Fresno State or enter California State University for a list of all CSUs and select the school from the list.
Order Transcripts Online
Transcript requests will include all courses taken within the State Center Community College District (Fresno City College, Career & Technology Center, FCC Training Institute, Clovis Community College & Clovis/Herndon Campus, Reedley College, Madera Community College, and Oakhurst Center, as well as other associated sites).
Important:
Students are entitled to obtain two free official transcript copies in their lifetime; each additional copy is $5 and must be paid in advance. If you do not know if you have used your free copies, log into Self-Service, click on Academics and then select Transcript Requests from the side menu to view your processed requests as we cannot begin to process your transcripts until fees are paid. For login assistance, call the Student Systems Support Call Center at (559) 499-6072.
