- Tungsten P.O Authorization - The Tungsten Authorization is for Ch. 31 Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) recipients. Request the authorization from your VR&E counselor. Your counselor will send it directly to the school certifying official (SCO) at Clovis Community College the SCO will use the authorization to certify enrollment. The authorization specifies the term to certify, the students approved objective, and what VR&E will pay for as far as books and supplies.
Chapter 33 Post 9/11 GI Bill®
