Online Tutoring Program
Important Things to Remember:
- Students should use a computer (not other mobile devices such as tablets or phones) with both a forward-facing camera and a microphone so that you are able to communicate with tutors effectively.
- Students must have an active student email account (StudentID#@my.scccd.edu) to participate in online tutoring. Students will need this email address to gain access to a GoBoard session.
- Email addresses provided to the Tutorial Center will be used solely for the purpose of providing students with links to GoBoard sessions. The online tutor a student works with will also email a PDF containing session transcripts and information covered during the GoBoard session.
- Out of respect for tutors and students alike, participants in online tutoring sessions should work from quiet, focused environments with few (if any) potential distractions.
