Clovis Community College is excited to earn these prestigious recognitions in three categories from the Campaign for College Opportunity. CCC has been named a 2022 Champion and 2022 Equity Champion of Higher Education, recognizing your campus’ exemplary work in implementing the Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT)!
Clovis Community College is being recognized as a top performer in the following categories:
- Champion of Higher Education - Associate Degrees for Transfer Awarded as a Percentage of all Associate Degrees Awarded, reflecting the percentage of total associate degrees awarded that were Associate Degrees for Transfer in the 2020–21 academic year. This is the fifth consecutive year in which CCC has been recognized in this category.
- Equity Champion for Black Students, supporting at least 65% of Black associate-degree earners on your campus to earn an ADT and supporting these students to perform as well or better in this metric compared to the student body.
- Equity Champion for Latinx Students, supporting at least 65% of Latinx associate-degree earners on your campus to earn an ADT, as well as supporting these students to perform as well or better in this metric compared to the student body.
CCC will be recognized at the 2022 Champions of Higher Education Virtual Celebration on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. via Zoom.
