Art History Associate in Arts Degree for Transfer
The Art History Associate in Arts Degree for Transfer emphasizes the study of cultural activities and artistic expression of human beings. Students will evaluate and interpret the ways in which people, throughout history, in different cultures and geographic locations, have responded to the world around them through artistic and cultural production. Students will learn: Fundamental art and art historical terminology. Appreciation for the creative process. In addition, to analyze works of art in order to articulate the historical, social and aesthetic functions of art.
