Wastewater Treatment Certificate of Achievement

The certificate program in wastewater treatment will provide students with the skills to be able to; identify the physical, chemical, and biological characteristics of typical municipal sewage; interpret federal and state laws and regulations as they relate to wastewater treatment process; evaluate the performance and operation of the various processes involved in wastewater treatment; evaluate problems and provide solutions in the treatment system, and calculate pump requirements. These classes are designed for current employees in the field of wastewater treatment.
