The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Summer Exploration Academy (SEA) kicked off on June 13 with incoming high school juniors and seniors from Clovis Unified School District.
This wonderful program is made possible by a grant which is aimed at helping Latinx and low-income students succeed in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
The STEM Summer Exploration Academy is a free summer program geared to help students explore STEM opportunities and earn 3 college units. Students engage in a 5-week, 3-unit College Success course, INTDS-50, designed to build academic strategies for college success.
The program is free and available to all Clovis Unified School District (CUSD) High Schools Students entering their 11th or 12th-grade year in Fall 2022
