Xavier Buck, Ph.D., is the founder of the Black Panther Party Museum in Oakland, California, established through his visionary leadership as Executive Director of the Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation.
A graduate of St. John’s University and the University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Buck is also the creator of @historyin3, a popular Instagram and TikTok channel offering his unique perspective on Black history and current events. Known for his engaging, well-researched, and accessible content, he connects with millions of viewers each month.
