Resources for Students

Student Rights and Responsibilities

Clovis Community College is committed to maintaining an equitable environment that provides students with disabilities full access to the institution’s educational programs, services, facilities, and activities. In our continuing efforts to meet this commitment, we call upon CCC staff to abide by federal laws, which guarantee students with disabilities the ability to participate in all aspects of CCC offerings that will allow them to maximize their full academic potential.

Transition to College (TTC)

TTC provides outreach and support to local high school seniors on an IEP/504 plan. TTC is designed to connect high school students with disabilities to DSP&S services. TTC services strives to make the transition from high school to college seamless for students with disabilities.

Academic Accommodations and Services

Academic Accommodations are individualized and determined through an interactive process with the student and DSP&S counselor. The interactive process takes into consideration a student’s needs and goals to determine appropriate accommodations identified on the student's Academic Accommodation Plan (AAP).

Accessible Parking

Designated accessible parking on campus is available for students who have a DMV Disabled Person placard or license plate. The following are accessible parking regulations and guidelines on Clovis Community College campus.

Accessible Information Management (AIM)

Accessible Information Management (AIM) is the online tool for DSP&S students, faculty & staff at Clovis Community College. This is a fully online system that will allow you to request your academic adjustments and auxiliary aides via the AIM student portal. This is conveniently located in the Apps catalog under My Portal.
