Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement Option Associate in Science Degree
The Criminology Program is designed for those students interested in the academy, employment and/or further education in all aspects of the criminal justice system criminology, law enforcement, the courts, corrections, probation and parole, juvenile procedures, and private and industrial security. Some courses are offered as recommended electives. Students enrolling in Criminology courses with employment within the criminal justice system in mind should be aware that any person with a felony conviction, a cluster of driving violations, serious drug abuse, a bad credit rating, or found to be of “bad character” will not be eligible for criminal justice system employment.
