Approved the following:
- The appointment of Dr. Jerry L. Buckley as the Reedley College president
- The appointment of Angel Reyna as the Madera Community College Center president
- Academic personnel transactions, as submitted
- Classified personnel transactions, as submitted
- The 2019-2020 contract status of academic personnel
- The process for transfer of student credit balance to the general fund
- Auction of surplus property at Reedley College and Fresno City College
- The naming opportunities and donation fee schedule for the Reedley College Center for Fine and Performing Arts which will include the naming of the McClarty Center for Fine and Performing Arts and the Pete P. Peters Foundation Theater
- The Clovis Community College curriculum proposals, as submitted
- The College and Career Access Partnership Agreements (AB288 Dual Enrollment)
Resolution 2019.02 in which the Board of Trustees of the State Center Community College District request the State of California to provide Proposition 51 funding in FY 2019-20 for all projects proposed on the Board of Governors’ 2019-20 Capital Outlay Spending Plan, including 39 new capital outlay projects.
Approved the following grant agreement recommendations:
Reedley College has received a new $5,000 Guided Pathways/AB705 agreement from the Central Valley Higher Education Consortium.
The District has received a $200,000 Deputy Sector Navigator Global Trade Agreement from Rancho Santiago Community College District.
Reedley College, Clovis Community College, and Madera Community College Center have each received a new $50,000 agreement from the California Academic Partnership Program. This Guided Pathways Alignment Grant is a three-year grant for a total of $150,000 per campus.
Clovis Community College has received a new $1,000 Good Society Curriculum Grant agreement from the Acton Institute.
Clovis Community College has received a new $110,000 agreement from the State of California, Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz). The funding will provide the expansion of small-business consulting for the Valley Community Small Business Development Center.
Clovis Community College has received a new $50,000 Capital Infusion agreement from the State of California, Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz). The funding will provide assistance to small businesses and entrepreneurs by obtaining access to fund advertising and consulting services.

The Board unanimously voted to deny the appeal of an administrative determination of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, pursuant to Title 5.
The Board unanimously approved a purchase agreement for property located at 1622 and 1624 E. Cambridge Avenue, Fresno, CA from Ken Perry for Woodward Park Church of Christ for $410,000 and a lease agreement with Woodward Park Church of Christ for this same property, effective at close of escrow through August 30, 2019.
