Per the Campaign for College Opportunity, the Black English Success award recognizes colleges with the highest percentage of Black students completing transfer-level English within one year of enrollment, with a particular emphasis on closing racial equity gaps. This remarkable accomplishment requires a success rate about 70% and reflects the hard work and dedication of our faculty and classified professionals in fostering student achievement and equitable access.
