The SCCCD 2019-2020 Proposed Final Budget for the general fund, other funds and accounts and capital project funds
The College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Partnership Agreements with:
- Kings Canyon Unified School District and its respective high schools
- Visalia Unified School District and its respective high schools
Approved the following:
- Academic personnel transactions, as submitted
- Classified personnel transactions, as submitted
Proposition 30 Education Protection Account Expenditure Plan for fiscal year 2019-2020
Recognizing Madera Community College Center's Academic Senate as the official faculty body for making recommendations on academic and professional matters related to the center
Resolution No. 2019.23
Negotiating a Project Labor Agreement for a Pilot Project at the new West Fresno, Career & Technology Center, Campus
Approved the following grant agreement recommendations:
Fresno City College’s $1,195,500 grant from the City of Fresno for Alternative Fueled, Hybrid Electric and Battery Electric vehicle programming
Reedley College’s $372,000 from the State Chancellor’s Office for the Sector Navigator Agriculture, Water & Environmental Technology grant
Fresno City College’s $363,200 from the U.S. Department of Education for the Child Care Access Means Parents in School Program
The District’s $300,000 renewal grant from the State Chancellor’s Office for administration of the Central/Mother Lode Regional Consortium
Report of Actions Taken in Closed Session:
The Board voted unanimously to deny part of an administrative determination appeal. The Board did not reach a decision on one issue raised on appeal. On the recommendations of the Chancellor and College President, the Board has directed further investigation into one of the claims raised on appeal. The Board has denied all of the other claims raised on appeal.
