College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Partnership Agreements with:

  • Kings Canyon Unified School District and its respective high schools
  • Visalia Unified School District and its respective high schools

Held a Public Hearing and adopted the College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Partnership Agreements with:

  • Madera Unified School District and its respective high schools
  • Sanger Unified School District and its respective high schools
  • FCOE, CTEC Charter High School
  • Kerman Unified School District and its respective high schools
  • Selma Unified School District and its respective high schools
  • Washington Union High School

Held a Public Hearing and approved agreement of California School Employees Association and its State Center Chapter #379 (bookstore positions).


Approved the following:

Academic personnel transactions, as submitted

Classified personnel transactions, as submitted

SIM-PBK Architects as project architects for the new Fresno City College First Responders Campus located at Willow and North Avenues in southeast Fresno

Travel for approximately 40 Fresno City College students to participate in the New York International Music Festival at Carnegie Hall in April 2020

Spring 2020 Schedule of Instructional Material Fees for Fresno City College, Reedley College, and Clovis Community College

Agreement with California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office to help collect funds owed by students

Purchase of Papercut Software and Lease of Copiers for $154,800 to upgrade student printing and copying needs district wide

Extension to Agreements with City of Fresno (Fresno Area Express) and City of Clovis (Clovis Transit) for $325,000 to provide student transit service

Fresno County Superintendent of Schools to pay the District $324,423 for a nine-month lease of floors 9 through 12 (24,860 square feet) beginning August 1, 2019

Marketing Plan Agreement of $17,000 to support and market the Reedley College Flight Science Program by and between Fresno Business Council, JB Aeronautics, CALSTART, the City of Reedley, the City of Mendota, the City of Fresno, the Clovis Memorial District, and Reedley College/SCCCD

Data Sharing Agreement with the Foundation for California Community Colleges to assist Fresno City College with AB 705 efforts

The Board rejected the claim submitted by Anita Reyes.


Approved the following grant agreement recommendations:

Reedley College’s new $500,000 Improving Online CTE Pathways grant from the California Virtual Campus. The funding will provide an expansion of the industry driven career technical education certificates and courses identified as zero textbook cost.

Clovis Community College’s new $1,500 California Mental Health Services Authority grant from the Foundation for California Community Colleges to promote and disseminate mental health information, tools and resources.

Fresno City College’s new $600,000 (over three years) Expanding Opportunities for Underserved Students Pipeline to Degree grant from the College Futures Foundation to expand dual enrollment.

Fresno City College’s $25,403 Early Stars Program renewal grant from the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools. The funding will provide professional development, registration support, verification of registration and course completion, review of transcripts, and a communication log between advisor and student.

Award Expansion of the Reedley College Agricultural Mechanics building to Marko Construction for $2,796,390.
